By accessing designarabia.ae or engaging Design Arabia services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Design Arabia provides digital marketing services including SEO, website development, social media marketing, Google Ads management, branding and content marketing.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Monthly retainer fees are payable in advance. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of creative deliverables produced specifically for their project. Design Arabia retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, reusable systems, templates, and pre-existing materials.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information, campaign data, access credentials, strategy documents, and private project communications.
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside Design Arabia’s control, including algorithm changes, competition, website history, market demand, advertising budgets, and client approvals. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, ad results, revenue, or lead volumes.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required approvals, timely feedback, access to necessary platforms, and payment according to agreed terms. Delays in approvals or access may affect project timelines and campaign performance.
Design Arabia’s liability to any client is limited to fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party platform issues, or business interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
